Anonymous headhunter pool. Stancein works with selected executive search firms (headhunters). When one of them is looking for candidates for a role, your profile may be included anonymously in the matching. If you have not chosen a target role yet, we match you on your current role. The headhunter sees your match score; whether you match, partly match or do not match each criterion, or whether this cannot be assessed; your level, up to two of your industries, your experience in bands (e.g. 15-20 years), your current title as a standard title (e.g. "CFO") and your region. If fewer than 3 in the pool share the same title and region, we show "Danmark" (Denmark) instead of the region. The headhunter never sees your name, your employer, your city or your contact details until you have said yes yourself.
If the headhunter wants to show you the role, you receive an invitation, and you decide yourself whether you want to see it and reply. If you say yes, the headhunter receives your name, your e-mail address, your phone number and your LinkedIn profile and, once you have approved it, your motivated CV for the role and our updated assessment. If you are hired for the role, the succession fee applies under your agreement with Stancein, as for other roles we put you forward for. This is also stated in the invitation before you say yes.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in putting you forward for relevant roles (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can opt out of the pool at any time under Settings (Indstillinger). Your profile is then no longer shown to headhunters. The data controller is Talent Attract Agency ApS, Vibe Allé 4, 2970 Kokkedal, CVR no. 39266326, which operates Stancein. Vil headhunteren vise dig rollen, får du en invitation, og du bestemmer selv, om du vil se den og svare. Siger du ja, får headhunteren dit navn, din e-mail, dit telefonnummer og din LinkedIn-profil, og når du har godkendt det, dit motiverede CV til rollen og vores opdaterede vurdering. Bliver du ansat i rollen, gælder succession fee efter din aftale med Stancein, ligesom for andre roller, vi bringer dig i spil til. Det står også i invitationen, før du siger ja.
